I am a dedicated and motivated individual with a passion for learning and exploring new opportunities. With a diverse background and experience in various fields,
including government, solid waste management,
education, and IT tools, I bring a well-rounded perspective to my work. Over the course of my career, I have gained over 4+ years of experience and have had the
privilege of working with the Ministry of Labour and Employment, Government of India, on the National Career Service (NCS) Project, where I have contributed to revamping public employment-related services.
In addition to my work in the government sector, I have also served as a Communication Officer at SAAHAS under Project Aviral, a collaborative effort with GIZ and AEPW, with a primary focus on reducing plastic waste in the river Ganga. This experience has given me valuable insights into sustainability and the importance of environmental conservation.
One of my notable achievements includes leading the transformation process of 111 government schools in Begusarai, Bihar. Through capacity-building initiatives for block-level officials, HM, CRCC, youth, and the community, we were able to bring about positive changes in the educational landscape of the region.
Overall, I am driven by a desire to make a meaningful impact and contribute to the betterment of society. I continuously strive to leverage my domain knowledge and skills to implement innovative and sustainable solutions in the projects I undertake.
